When a gorefiend does its spin attack and you bash him the sound byte will sometimes continue as if hes spinning.

Last zed sometimes is stuck inside the floor or inside an object or in elysium still on the rafters ready to drop down but just stands there instead.

Wave 8 occasionally has more big zeds on suicidal than wave 9 or 10? Am I the only person that thinks this

Well, these waves (7-10) have random spawns. And sometimes wave 8 or 7 gets stronger large zeds than the later waves. The thing is, there are specific squads that might spawn and one squad that might spawn might be stronger than the others.
