Feeling of RS with Auto-Weapons? Realistic Reloading and Ammo Management

RO2 reloads are fine.

Except for like the carbine lol.

In real life you CAN reload slowly and put your used mag back into the pouch, and you CAN reload super fast. If the game won't have options to reload both ways, then IMHO the time should be averaged.

I'm not sure, I'm obviously no trained soldier but it seems to me that reloading wouldn't be that viable at close range; I mean if I have to reload in 3 seconds or die I'm going to try a third option-namely sidearm. And if there wasn't a third option I guess I'd die :I
