PC FAMAS Shotgun Doesn't Even Have a Reload Animation in Third-Person

Summary: Lack of Third-Person Reload Animaton for FAMAS Underslung Shotgun

Description: In third-person or when viewing the weapon from the perspective from another player, there isn't even an animation that plays when reloading the underslung shotgun.

We are aware of the missing animation in third person while crouched. When standing, the animation is there. This will be fixed in the next patch which comes in-between now and the next beta.

Upon further testing, I learned that the reload animation does indeed play in third-person but only if you don't have an elite reload skill equipped. With the elite reload skill equipped, the character kinda just turns to the side without any actual reload animation playing.
