When I try to lanch the game, it says:

Failed to find default engine.ini file to retrieve My Documents subdirectory to use. Force quitting.

I just finished downloading the Nov 8th upgrade, and the game won't start for this message. :(

Have you tried the ol' trustworthy and validated the files? (Found under local files, in the game's properties, in Steam)

Just a wild guess, but I think the update did screw up your
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\red orchestra 2\ROGame\Config folder content (path might be different if you installed steam on an other location). Or maybe that folder is completely missing. Anyway, I have attached my ROGame\Config folder as a zip file to this post. Maybe it will work if you extract it to the above folder.

PS: In case it matters, I'm using an English RO2 version.
