Ok so I just bought a supply crate key (#4) and tried to open the crate and the animation shows but then it just says "failed to exchange item" and contact god damn support if it continues but guess what there is no god damn support because every time I google support it comes up with the actual game class.... Other people have this problem too so I'm not the only one.
