So I'm pretty stuck. I can join my own game if I enter my local IP address but my game doesn't appear on the server nor under LAN. On top of that no one can join and I'm getting the failed error.

Most recent error: http://gyazo.com/98c006efb59ca1158abc85c76bf8caee

Then this one had occurred earlier but it looks like it somehow fixed itself.

Sound like a port forward problem. Check and make sure you got all the numbers.

This is what I have for port forwards: http://gyazo.com/25a4dacb627802c71909df0d70d17685

I switched 8080 to 1514

port 8080 is just for the webadmin interface. These are the default port, make sure they are forwarded:

7787 -default port for clients to join server
27015 -default port so server can be queried (included in browser)
8080 - default port for webadmin

Forward those to your: 192.168.1.108, make all for TCP/UDP since I don't see the official remarks on that.

Example server batch:
start .\Binaries\win64\kfserver kf-bioticslab?adminpassword=xxxx -Port=7787 -QueryPort=27015 -WebAdminPort=8080

7787 -default port for clients to join server

Default is 7777.

But on your port forward leave the local port off see if that helps. Mine is empty.

You can also put some of those together by adding comma so like "7777,20560,27015". If you want range it be colon. Eg. 2000:2100.

But yeah I do have them open for both TCP/UDP you can try that as well.
