I use FRAPS to shoot ingame videos. And its hot key for start and stop recording is F9.
However, RO2 seems to have bond F9 to its internal Screenshot key.
Each time I press F9 to record video, RO2 captures a screenshot in BMP format, which is very big.
All the screenshots are put in \My Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\ScreenShots\.
The day I found this folder, it had been 2.2G big, all BMP format images, each one was more than 2MB.
As Steam has F12 as its Screenshot Key, can I turn off RO2's F9 Screenshot key?

Of course, this F9 key bind cannot be found in the ingame settings.

Weird. In my game it is f12 that is the default screenshot key in-game.

I would assign an other key but it shouldnt be a problem to erase the hole line. Just make a backup of the file.

And there are two lines with F9 in it.

Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="shot")
and
Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="shot",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False,bIgnoreCtrl=False,bIgnoreShift=False,bIgnoreAlt=False)

Edit:
F12 is steam overlay screenshot I think.

Note that the F9 key creates bmp screenshots in the "My Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\ScreenShots\" folder - these are usually inferior to the Steam screenshots and can't be uploaded and managed with the screenshot manager. Just delete the config line for F9, unless you have Steam disabled in-game.
