Extracting the soundtrack from UPK file

I tried a few different programs for doing this and no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

All the music files are in /packages/music in the RO folder.

use oggextract

Doesn't working, i click and nothing happens (I have NETframework installed)

You just drag the files over oggextract.exe and drop them. The ogg files will be placed in a subdirectory called "output". This is a simple program with no GUI.
