It seems they changed the name of the dlc from harmonica-dlc to KF2 - Mr Foster Dosh Jacket!.

After weeks and weeks of waiting I finally got my post package with 2 magazines. That means I have one spare code for this DLC that I am willing to trade away.

I just got my august PC Gamer UK (Issue 268) and thought i'd make an informative post for those who have no clue about importing magazines and all of this.
I ordered it as a guest from myfavouritemagazines.co.uk on July 24 with a 30% discount (still active, voucher code SUMMER30), got it shipped on July 26, and into my mailbox on August 14 (20 days total to get from England to Russia). The shipment had no tracking. I was expecting it to get to my local post office as it usually happens to parcels shipped with regular airmail, but it just got straight to my mailbox as any regular newspaper.
I was worried about the purple bits on the cover mentioning the skin code which weren't present on their site. As it turned out they were on the second cover, which is some kind of cardboard shell wrapped around the magazine (pictured on the right):
The code itself was on a little flyer between pages 66 and 67 (showed on the image HyPNOS posted above). It's fixed to the magazine as any other page and can't fall out and somehow get lost. The DLC activates as "KF2 - Mr Foster Dosh Jacket! Retail".

recieved mine (issue 254 july 2014 us) today aswel without a warning from future us, it took 5 weeks before it got to me but **** got sadly real when i couldnt read my code its unreadable because of the letters that are split into two halfs, so i cant see the differents between some of the letters like the x and the k because of that, i sended an mail to letters@pcgamer.com for this problem, did anyone had the same problem like i did?

I just wanted to let everyone know that I got my magazine in and the code too. After going back and forth since May 8th about whether I should get the magazine or subscribe for a year, I realized that even if I subscribed, I would miss out because this one was considered a past issue as they ship out in advance. It was a busy time in my life though so I was shocked by how long I sat on the issue...time flies! I got really nervous they sold out so on July 30th, after it appeared that the issue was in-stock at both http://www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk[url]http://www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk[/URL] and http://shop.futureus.com[url]http://shop.futureus.com[/URL], I placed an order at Future US. Can you believe I could have actually saved $1.23 ordering from the UK site because of the 30% discount? I chose the US version because of the content and perhaps less trouble getting to me.
Anyway, after I placed the order, I looked at both magazine threads here up and down and saw at-least two people had been told it was out of stock and that the website still let you order anyway. I was frightened!
So I called the company up and all the lady could tell me is it says it's in-stock. I emailed the company that same day and they got back to me two days later (August 1st) and simply told me the order was processing, that's all. So I didn't feel reassured and thought of ordering from the UK site as well. If I get two I can sell one, right? I sat on the issue though and sure enough yesterday, Friday, August 22nd, the magazine was in my mailbox. It took three weeks and two days!
I didn't know the UK version came with a free code for Tidalis. I glanced through the issue yesterday and the US version didn't appear to have it. With the free game and cheaper price, I recommend trying to get the issue from the UK site. Also, the US version I got has Tropico 5 on the cover and does not mention the code. Don't get scared like I did because there is a second cover inside with Killing Floor 2 on it that does show the code is included. Why have two covers?
