a question: i have seen that three pc gamer mags has the skin code.

pc gamer july 2014 us, pc gamer july 2014 uk and pc gamer augus 2014 uk.

can sombody plz tell me its the same skin thats in all three of them.

Who do you think is advertising the game?

PC Gamer uses this promotion to sell their magazine to all of the Killing Floor players who would otherwise not buy it, and they repay Tripwire by cranking out awareness and hype. They've already got the magazine article, web previews, and interviews, and if Tripwire proves a valuable promotional partner to them you can bet they'll continue to advertise the game with more articles and interviews in the future.

Killing Floor 1 could easily be classified as a "cult classic"; it's not nearly as well-known as a lot of similar titles like Left 4 Dead or even Dead Island. Therefore, effective advertising for Killing Floor 2 is going to make a WORLD of difference in how many copies Killing Floor 2 will sell, especially during Early Access and at release.

So yes, giving $10 to PC Gamer so they'll continue advertising KF2, and showing the magazine article with its juicy high-res photos to friends and coworkers and getting them hyped to buy KF2, DOES help the game. That's several additional copies of the game that will be bought, at $30, versus giving Tripwire pocket-change for KF1 DLC (although I've recently done that, too: bought a weapon pack while playing the new objective map)

So if you are already a fan of KF and you buy this mag, then you are in effect making some poor slob who has never heard of KF2 miss out on his copy. In that way it is actually even worse. You pay 10$ to PC Gamer, not the devsm and you are helping making others less aware of the existence of KF2.

From what I understand the key for the skin will also be in the UK PC Gamer. So if you really want the skin, there is nothing stopping you from getting it.

I've ordered a copy from Future US on 28.05.2014. They never sent anything but instead cancelled my order and refunded me about a month later on 27.06.2014. I really wanted this issue of PC Gamer so I ordered it again. This time they sent me a letter stating that my credit card was declined which is not true because it did get charged. Until today I did not receive a refund and they still want money from me in order to send me the magazine...

I'm never ordering something from them again.

i will if future us does not reply me that they will sent it to me, i have placed the order since 15/07/14 if i do not just like the guys above get a reply within two weeks i will buy it from the uk instead wich i better did the first place they are good sellers and since i live in belgium its also closer, but im hoping for the best.
