Always a good idea, but still doesn't remove the TKs when in room to room, you toss a nade and others suddenly arrive behind you and enter the room to get blown up.
Even can happen if they are beside you as nades for some reason have no sound. So you have to spot the throwing animation (which you don't if they are beside you) or a quick little blob among all the other action.T.
