Seeing as Americans are endlessly bombarded by denizens of the Old World claiming how stupid Americans are, I'm not sure there is anything "to be fair about" :p

I'm thinking this is just karma's response to the pageant girl and her map fetish.

It goes up in the morning and it goes down in the evening.:p
I would have voted for the same, but only because I wouldn't want to help someone with such a stupid question.

And I thought only Americans would be that stupid. 57% of the audience thinks the Sun revolves around Earth? Please!

PS. Sophie looks remarkably like Reese Witherspoon.

man i saw that show when it aired a few months ago, that idiot really didn't know anything. he only gave dumb answers. i really thought it was a joke.

europe seems to be americanising, ;) all these city people live on our planet without knowing anything of the world they live in. when they see a wheat field they think it's grass, 60% of the kids think cows are purple, because the only time they see a cow it's in the milka commercial... they deserve to be smacked

Maybe he (and half of the audience) were afraid... I mean.. ppl were persecuted for such things just a few centuries ago.. you cant be too careful.

:D:D
Who thinks the audience did that on purpose to spite him?

I mean... If the guy seemed obnoxious enough up to that point, and than had the audacity to ask the audience - maybe I'd have said the sun too.

You know SchutzeSepp wheat is grass, you got yourself. :D
And that "milka stuff" everyone says it, but none ever showed me some surveys, I think that's made up.

That show is Canadian, neither "Europian" nor French. ok, ok, just kidding
I guess most of the audience choose the wrong answer to punish that guy. You know you are sitting there, knowing the answer but don't get the dough why should that genious get it. ;)
As audience I would have chosen Mars, just for the sake of it.

I want to see the person who thinks that Star Trek was actually filmed in outer space. I know there are people out there that clueless. *what region of outer space was the series Star Trek filmed in?* "Umm,.......the milky way?" *Is that a question or an answer?* "Ummm an answer?" *trick question, release the hounds! Sigh........*
