Epic. And sadly absurd. A realistic infantry sim, vehicle sim, and flight sim - all in one would be outstanding (like ww2ol but...good/better) but it's a bit of a dream at the moment. The development time and man-hours would be unimaginable.

Planes idea was turned down several times on this forum. It isn't battlefield and overall planed doesn't fit to RO gameplay.

We get AI controlled scout plane if that makes you happy .

They might yet be planning on having air strikes called in by a ground observer (commander class), but we're still waiting to find this out (like waiting for the tanks announcement). :IS2:

Dogfights are not what RO is about -- it has always been all about great infantry combat at its core (most games get THAT alone very wrong) with some tanking on the side.

I would look towards Battlefield-type games if you want complete combined arms.

Another Epic suggestion would be a lost German sub in the Volga.

This sub is pain in the butt for the Soviets as it take out all these transport
vessels. The German Sub captain is a true ace so the Soviets made this plan to send a true Soviet sub captain down the Volga to take this German Sub down.

They have amazing Submarine duels in the wide river Volga. And it ends with a glorious victory for the Soviet Sub Ace.

Ok I agree this script has some weak points but who cares. RO-Subduel is a nice name for a level.
