Can someone answer my question before we get into any of the technical problems first and foremost, because if this question doesn't pan out right, I'm not even gonna give a **** about fixing the problem and i'll just dip out right now.

I recently read that the Epic Games release is a "New Platform Release". Now, somebody better please tell me that this isn't what it sounds like it is. Because if it is, there aint no damn point in me even trying to fix this problem in the first place. Tell me that these people at Epic did not take a game with an already small community and CUT IT IN HALF, by splitting up Epic and Steam players.

I and many people have the same problem with the servers, at first the game freezes, then it just does not find the server with deleting files from documents and filter settings for default. I tried to access the server from gametrecker, it was successfully. It is strange that sometimes it finds games in matchmaking, and sometimes not. Also, I can’t create my own game, writes that no servers were found according to the search criteria, use other filters or the server’s browser.

Hi, got the issue too, here is the zip version of my docs\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Logs folder.
I opened the Launch.log file and read some bit, everything seems to be working fine (except for some steam workshop errors reference which could be normal depending on how you coded the stuff) until the line that reads :

[0135.90] Log: cURL error: Empty reply from server

Which strongly suggest some sort of error serverside.
This line :

[0140.14] Log: Got JSON response from URL Client/GetUserInventory: {"code":401,"status":"Unauthorized","error":"NotAuthenticated","errorCode":1074,"errorMessage":"Not Authenticated"}

That follows next seems logic and suggest that there is some issue in the authorization process.
Also I might add that starting the game did open some link in my browser which looked like this :

https://www.epicgames.com/id/authorize?exchange_code=[REDACTED]&scope=basic_profile%20friends_list%20presence

But seems to stay stuck on an infinite loop waiting for server to respond.

EDIT : While writing the message and inspecting my browser console on the mentionned URL I realised that I had uBlock origin blocking some request. Whitelisting the site seems to have drastically changed the log output and I'm adding the new logs under Logs2.zip.
I still can't play and get a lot of errors but theses are differents and some communication with the server seems to happen.
The previously empty reply from server is now :

Hope all these log lines reach some dev that knows what to do with it. I'll be checking this thread and stay available for more info or tests hoping to solve the issue,
I'm eager to play this game with my friends and hope this rough start will be behind us soon

TL;DR : adblockers screw the auth process so disable them, but game is still not playable

Win 7, Kaspersky antivirus. Added to exceptions.

Game does not allows to start my own server, telling that there is no appropriate server found oO
Game can't find any match in matchmaking and just searches forever.
When i enter browser search, it searches for 5 seconds, then game freezes dead.

Game worked fine several years ago in Steam client, on same PC.

I only have micro freezes now, there are still no servers in the manu or anything, but at least it does not stay blocked as discussed in other post

I have Windows 10 64 bit PRO
I use Avira antivirus. The firewall is disabled.
The log file is 2.29 GB. 7-zip wrapped it in 193mb. I uploaded the archive to mega.nz

I clicked on "browse servers" and after 10 seconds the game stuck.
So I had to turn it off with the magic shortcut ctrl + alt + delete
Yesterday one game went to play, but then it found nothing.

Im on epic but I there is no srv on browse server, and when I want to go to matchmaking (with any filters) its says that It's unable to find match

Log from last run (which I had to force kill from task manager) is 1.1GB, but it's clearly hung on repeatedly trying to connect somewhere it can't authenticate.

Last night I was able to play... sort of... by starting my own round, but today, the server browser just hangs hard -- music playing, mouse locked, launch.log filling up with this -- to me it looks like it's populating servers, but it looks to the user like everything is frozen:

That's only the last 100 or so line os the 1.1 GIGS of this logging -- which is insanity, by the way, and must be patched ASAP. No way I'm giving up 1GB every time I fire up this game, free or not...

Somehow the server browser managed to actually load successfully once. I presume it took a couple minutes as I was away from the computer at the time. I could not replicate it anymore after that. Kind of an oddity.
