In 2006 "a well-known band of trolls"[8] emailed the website's creator, DeGrippo, demanding edits to the protected article describing them. After she refused to do so, the trolls ordered taxis, pizzas, escort services and sent death threats and threats of rape to DeGrippo's apartment.[8]

I know why I never go to any of these "troll" sites, too many mentally ill people.

Meh, ED was one of the few websites that provided me with lulz frequently.

Something the world certainly doesn't need is “a more toned down content style and a streamlined design" website. We already have way too many of those. :rolleyes:

par for the course really. you expect the owner of a site that hosts racist, homophobic, sexist vitriol disguised as humor to hold some kind of moral obligation to its users? haha

was alright when people attempted comedy rather than compete with each other on how offensive they could be.
