But, yeah, they appear to have sold out. I predict that www.ohinternet.com will be part of the Cheezburger network within 6-12 months, just like KYM. Probably for less money, though.

Meh, ED was one of the few websites that provided me with lulz frequently.
Something the world certainly doesn't need is “a more toned down content style and a streamlined design" website. We already have way too many of those.

It's no surprise they'll cater to sponsors, they keep the site running. By no means is that selling out. Something like this has been an obvious possibility for several years and the people complaining about the change now had a long time to do something about it but passed.

It's only offensive in the sense that ebonics is being used for humourous effect, which I guess is insulting if you use ebonics on a daily basis. It has nothing to do with intelligence. At all.
