Drop rate not seasonal?

I dont know if its just consoles or not but since the quad drop rate went away its been on the 12 hour timer.
Multiple friends and I have been testing it and have seen reddit posts about it.

I posted something about this too, the rates are back to normal not seasonal which is disappointing
