Download Package "Props_Static_Mats" failed error opening file

Does anyone know what causes this error and how is it fixed? I've put a few Custom Maps up on our server and every once in a while this error just starts popping up and no matter how many times I download and re-upload newer or updated files the same error appears.

Currently this is happening for the Provkhoy beta2a map as an example.

It means it's an older version map, and it hasn't been cooked with the new sdk build.

Cool thanks for the answer. I had a feeling but I thought the reason for a couple of the updates was because they had (Re-Cooked) after the patch to have working but obviously not...

I think I got all the newest maps working that are to be working after the patch and have removed those with the issue.
