Double XP disabling on map change.

Servers works fine before first map change. Then XP goes back to std.
Tried to start servers again few times and tried to validate server files, but either did any difference on this behavior.
What can be causing this?

Same problem for me, after server start (regardless on the map) i get double xp but after first map changes its going normal.

Tried update and validate via SteamCMD and same problem.

Probably same issue as on console where they do not get double XP at all.

It seems this doesnt effect all servers. But what I have played on, there is like 3 of 8 hosts where it works. Maybe it works on Linux? I have servers running on Win7.

Doesn't work on linux at all, only functions on windows for the first map/game. It seems the double xp event was extended until the 25th as a response to the bug, yet here we are on the 22nd and the issue still hasn't even been fixed...
