You should not get an extra copy of anything you alredy have.

i did, i have doubles of many items that was purchased before the upgrade was created on the store, what should i do?

here are a list of items:

tanakas biker with helmet
badass santa with accessories
santas helper outfit
space priate outfit
reaper outfit
D.A.R assault armory with helmet
horzine with helmet
pajama suit with hat
chicken suit with helmet
and headshot fx pack 1


and on another note i also have the following dubbed

cyberpunk outfit
steampunk outfit
D.A.R classic armory and helmet

and i have dubbed golden weapons i cant scrap:

af2011-a1
dragons breath


and from all this, i have 506 vault crafting material which i have no use for, could it be traded for something else?

Is support slow or not enough workers?

I can understand a 2 week wait and sometimes 3 but going on 8 weeks. It's January 3 and tickets were sent on November 14th. Is this going to still be the type of support we expect to see for Killing Floor 3? These are absolutely ridiculous wait times and I can a sure you other I am not the only one who will agree. I did take into account the Christmas Holidays but come on, if you bite off more than you can chew with, then put some slow-moving projects on hold for a bit or limit the number of team members working on it. WE NEED HELP WITH OUR ACCOUNTS
