Does using a KB/M get easier?

Absolutely, itll get easier.
I used to be a console gamer, but never really had difficulties in transitioning from consoles to PC. The keyboard is just capable of so much more, theres no comparison.

I have just built a gaming PC after becoming impatient waiting for the nextgen of consoles. I hate rubbish framerates and screen tearing.
I am loving this game but I struggles with using a keyboard and mouse.
Does it get easier with time?

Yes it gets 100% easier with time,but since there are so many buttons to be used it will take you good 3-4 months to feel extremely comfortable like is your 2nd nature,once you pass this there is no going back to controller for FPS games.

FYI get your self good gaming mice,G500 is very good,you can also have 5 different speed settings to change while gaming.I use 3 different settings,1 for bolt rifles,1 for autos and semis and 1 for sniper,the other 2 are set on fast for the windows curser.
