I don't want to ask about sales.

For example:

Person in US bought Killing Floor for 5 dolars.
Person in Europe bought Killing Floor for 5 euros.

Does Tripwire get that difference or someone takes it?

One would think that the developer's (or publisher's) cut would be the same regardless of currency, minus VAT of course. But Steam's currency conversion is a bit weird, so I suppose it's possible they only do business in USD, which would presumably make some games more profitable to them in Euros.

I doubt you will get an answer from anyone who is qualified to tell you though - contractual obligations and all.

I do believe steam automatically calculates the price in Euro's or Pounds (relative to the nation) and then gives the money (in Dollars) to Tripwire.

Imagine my currency.. 1 dollar = 4 Argentinian Pesos ( ARS )

So when Im paying 5 USD , Im actually paying 20 pesos...

Darkwave, must you really keep posting that huge image everywhere you go? We get it, the the way we use the term 'skin' technically refers to the texture and the model, but you don't need to keep posting it everywhere. Luckily I have Adblock so I can just hide it to reclaim all of the space that it steals on the page, but it's still a pain for others.
