dl maps and mods

i was thinking that i just had to do it like i do with counter strike source and dl the map or mod and put it into the main killing floor folder then unzip it but it wont work. am i doing it wrong? plz help me i would really appreciate it.

That or just get map packs from my site and yea all you have to do then is extract all as is into the killingfloor directory/folder...
