Does that mean he's bald? Or does this phrase have a different meaning?

When I played, I was sure I heard the word "bored".
But then I decided to listen to all the available quotes. I found it, but I can already hear the word "bald." The same is written in the subtitles.
I've been a little confused since then.

the subtitles in the video are auto-generated, looks like the computer hears bald too, probably because of the accent. he says "bored" for sure though, given the context of him saying this stuff when there's no zeds around (i.e. during trader time).
