Hey all! First, just want to say how excited I am for Maneater’s release. You’ve all done a fantastic job.
I’ve been following a lot of the recent streams and noticed that a common request among folks there has been for more dynamic dismemberment-based damage when you chomp down on your human targets.
I know limb targeting is not a function in the game, and I wouldn’t except you all to include that this late in the project.. but maybe we can see progressive damage when you bite down and release your human prey? For example, maybe if you chomp down on someone and then release them immediately after they might lose their leg or arm as they try to swim away from you.
Sharks and dismemberment are almost like peanut butter and jelly. My humble opinion is that such a feature would be well received by many in the community!
