This is untrue, as much as I would like to believe it.
1. I'm a medical doctor, and I can tell you there is NO test you can do on someone's brain even today, let alone in 1945, that will tell you he enjoyed peeing on people.
2. The Americans didn't have Hitler's head. The Russians had it all along. They kept his intact skull (with bullet hole out the back) for decades and finally cremated it and had the ashes scattered in a river in about 1976. (They didn't want a burial site that people could make into a shrine or try to recover remains.) This was kept secret until the late 1990's, but is well established now that the Russians have opened their historical archives.
Mind study, as in pyschology, like interveiws and accounts from people close to him, not looking at the actual brain.

One could not possibly tell such a thing from looking at a dead guy's brain. They came to that conclusion from things said about him from those who actually knew him.
As for taking prisoners, a tiny percentage of the Germans taken at Stalingrad survived the war. Western Russia suffered cruely under German occupation. The Germans suffered horribly in Russian slave labor prisons. It was nothing like POWs as defined in the western democracies.
