Devs please fix this

In game the ammo is referd to as clips, however there is not one gun in this game that takes clips they take magazines.

Mag is an acceptable term short for magazine.

I've noticed this before too, it's just really not a big deal. TWI has delivered tons of free content and people still make threads like "THIS ONE INSIGNIFICANT DETAIL ANNOYS ME, FIX IT NOW THANKS."

I can understand threads about game balance, but demanding a fix for a detail that no one cares about? Really?

I never said fix it now I asked nicely, and I certainly wasnt being demanding.

No indeed you were not. However, just try to imagine the word "Magazine" stuck into that little button. Now try to imagine "Mag/Clip" stuck in that little button.

In the end, no problem is actually fixed. Either word works for the same purpose, so a small change like that really doesn't warrant their attention.

There is a technical difference, but it's lost on most people.

Clips always load magazines. Magazines always feed ammunition to be fired by the weapon.

Personally I don't much care about the mixing of the terms. People use them incorrectly so much that there's no point trying to change their habits.

You either know the difference and let it bother you, or you just let it go.
