Isn't even willing to confer to a more experienced modder's opinion, one which seems to even be interested in contributing?

I am not "more expierenced" modder than him, we are doing cardinally different things. I am making models, animations and textures in photoshop and 3ds max, he writes the code for the game. Its just as different as making car details and painting the car.


Your also going to need to accept that most people around here play RO, and RO2 because it IS historically accurate.

Alright: here's the deal: you guys can keep arguing if you want, but I'm going to take a week's vacation.

I got an essay to write for my university finals that's due next Wednesday and I won't have any time whatsoever for any of this.

Also, your loadout list was almost identical to mine sans the specials.

However, these:
Luger
MP39
Berreta
are never happening unless we get a modeler.

And new tanks are definitely not happening, again, unless we get a modeler.
You need to keep in mind my limitations. I can't just push a button and make things happen.

It's not that I don't want to it's that I physically can't.


And frankly I'll be blunt: I don't give a flying flak about historical accuracy.

Most people I've talked to don't care either, only you guys seem get so incredibly upset about it.


HOWEVER


I will make a version that's 100% accurate which you can choose over the original.

I get to follow my own vision, you guys get your realism, everyone wins.

Well, anyway I just had a decent idea if your going to make an Infantry prototype first, which will keep players playing for at least a bit. Remake a fan favorite from the original RO, Baksan Valley, and give it a middle east flavor.

There will be a Bren Carrier/Halftrack and a Panzer III, but nothing new.

It would be incredibly awesome to make a Crusader but we just don't have the resources for that.

Speak of the devil, I was just working on this again today.

Although there's really not that much I could do.
I'm still waiting on Post for the British uniform, and new weapons make everything crash for a still unknown reason.
