DEP (Data Execution Prevention) Shutting down game

Every so often, DEP shuts down ROgame.exe I tried turning of DEP, but it says DEP is required to run this program. Any way around this?

Myself and my partner are frequently running into DEP shutting the game down. I don't really want to disable DEP but my partner and I get DEP crashes both during Server Browser searching and in the middle of matches.

I ran into same problem at least twice today.
