Summary: Seal Squeal's projectile when combined with Demo's Nuke skill causes enormous amount of the damage per DOT tick (375 vs 20). It's explosion radius also remains the same and is not limited to 3 meters unlike other Nuke types.
Description: For Ballistic Explosive projectiles (M79, M203 etc..) during the ZED Time the explosion-responsible actor class is temporary being replaced by class 'KFExplosion_Nuke' in function SetExplosionActorClass() However, that's not the case for KFProj_Rocket_SealSqueal class which is neither Ballistic Explosive nor has said function.
