Defensive Spawns - Too far away?

While I haven't played this map yet if its anything close to Ost's the Russians have options for an easy win.The key is to turn "A" into a meat grinder for the Germans.Let them waste reinforcements trying to retake A then when the team gets a fair amount ahead then push the other caps.

The smart German team will just hold what they have instead of trying to recapture A. In Ost I would say the Russians won this map more often than the Germans did from my experiences anyway. It just takes some tactics

Its awesome we got a remake of this classic map now I just prey for a Konigplatz! remake.

I have only played the map that one night where one server had it on repeat, but one of the rounds was indeed won by the allies using this tactic. However with the very varied server based reinforcement settings in RO2, I don't think you will always be able to rely on this, since some servers set the reinfs so high that they never run out during the round.

And also, nothing beats the feeling when playing allied of having snuck through Assembly hall past the axis spawn and entered the Administration building where you can then proceed to bash all their snipers and mgs to death as well as ambush anyone coming up the stairs to join them. :D
