Every time I create a dedicated server through the game, this is what pops up:

When I check for it in my server browser, it only shows up in LAN... I have all the ports forwarded, and even enabled DMZ + turned off firewall on my router.

Any idea?

Of course it will show up as LAN because you are propably behind a NAT and it will report the LAN ip as the ip to you, but to others it will report the WAN ip so as long as someone else can join your game, even if YOUR game reports it as LAN, there is no worry.
