Dedicated server crashing

My servers have been having massive lag spikes and crashing lately.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

The only things I have modified in the Killingfloor.ini are admin password, game password, and difficulty.

Its happening mid game, not during map change. Usually around the 1st trader round.

It only happens when there is more than 1 person on the server.

Edit: Ok scratch the above thing about one person, I sat in the server idle at the ready screen and it reset itself twice...

Certain custom maps can cause resets. Any custom content on there?

No custom content, all stock maps, I wanted to get the servers running properly before I put any custom maps on. I also cannot find UCC.log nor can I change the command line/ kf_server_launcher.bat file to generate one.

Could it have anything to do with the fact that I changed the difficulty in the console?

The servers are currently unplayable as they are.
