Deco layer ( help )

Just wondering if anyone has some tutorial links to either videos or just text websites on how to make deco layers for things such as mass amounts of trees / meshes.

I know what a deco layer does, just need some pointers on how to create them.

Here is a tutorial on Terrain and making deco layers. Also deco layers do not have collision so trees in the play area can be walked through.

he's true about trees wouldn't have collision if u used them as deco

I know about them not having collision, the fact is he said here's a tutorial and I saw no links or anything.
