Death screams still missing?

Heya, just noting that even with this latest patch death moans and screams only play when you are the one being killed, and very rarely play for alive players. This has been happening since the games launch, but was working in the beta.

Does TWI know about this issue and, more importantly, are they actively trying to fix it?

I get the Death screams quite often, and not only on my guy, I went around heart-shotting enemies with a pistol yesterday and 4 out of 6 had the pre longed death screams.

Perhaps there's something you need to do on your end? Change the audio channels to 128 or re-build the .ini files?

I do hear them very noticably less than in the beta, but I almost always hear them when my own character dies.

Rebuild the .ini files? Would a simple redownload do the same job? Also, I get them when I die, and hear other screams once I'm dead too! For some reason it doesn't seem to like me when I'm alive...

I seem to also mainly hear the death screams when my character dies, and not when other players dies.
