I think dead body's should be able to stay longer instead of fading withing around 7 seconds. Just personal choice really but would make the game more immersible.

the mass of dead Bodys is to much! After the third wave you cant see the floor ;)

Ok.. maybe someone change it a bit higher ... 30 sec or something

That was on the realistic lines of what i was thinking, just enough so i can tell if i killed an enemy or if it simply walked off :p

It would only be a problem if people still use 5 year old PC's to play the game.

I think the majority of gamers today have decent hardware that could handle this. They arn't exactly Crysis quality models.. I guess Tripwire could make it an advanced option, but then how would they balance that for the servers?

Well its similar to many games that are online, games such as hl2 for example can include custom sounds / scripts/ textures that can have large memory or processing power. From that experience i noticed those servers kick players with high ping, i guess its a pick and mix. This game has an sdk and using the games full potential for people who can would make sense.
Maybe if it was simply client side only?

I'd also like to see corpses stay for a bit longer.

Perhaps limit the amount of corpses the way you can in CoD? Small/Normal/Insane amounts in the options menu.

That sounds like a good idea to inherit :p
Maybe just a normal/high/insane as normal is whats happening at the momemnt.
Possibly a mutator could achieve this?

Are they not client side allready? They're client side in red orchestra so unless its been changed its the same in KF. If you have a decent comp there's no reason why this cant happen. I seriously doubt TW will officially support this though.
