Crossbow Scope Glitch/Bug

This happens every time i zoom in, it is also a different effect on different maps

any possible fix you guys know of?

Under Settings ... Display ... Scope Detail, what do you have?

The setting that works for me is Textured. The other settings give me an opaque scope.
