Critical error duing startup

Hey guys, I get this Error during startup:

Build RedOrchestra_Build_[2005-11-27_10.48]
OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2801 MHz with 511MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT (8195)

Failed to enter sdf: Can't find file 'sdf'

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free

I've been lookign through the forums and didn't find any threads with my exact error. Therefor this new post :)
