Critical Error / crash Killing floor

I buy yestarday KF from STEAM store download it, try to execute and... CRASH! I must push reset button from PC and reboot. I open killing floor folder and in system i see "setup" try it and.. Critical error

CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2841 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: No video


I have Q9550 whit 3gb DDR3 ram and 2 HD3870 in crossfire. All games work, css, ut3, farcry2, cod4, l4d, tf2, aa3, prototype but KF NO! Pls help me!

Try verifying the cache. Steam was down for several hours yesterday so you may not have received everything. If the problem persists try to post the crash info.

I try to delete and re-install game 3 times and no work...

Manually delete the KF system folder (never let steam delete stuff it fails at it) and verify the game cache. Usually that error happens when you're missing some files.

can you try giving the entire crash messagebox and your killingfloor.log information.

Try updating to the most recent version of DirectX 9.0c (get it here), and try updating your graphics card drivers (ATI drivers can be found here).

i solved the issue just restart steam LOL
