I have only tried this on Axis, but it is 100% reproducible. It may be possible for a Russian to do if he spawns with a German rifle.
High level players may elect to spawn with an enemy's weapon. For example, a high level Axis elite rifleman can spawn with an SVT-40 if he chooses.
This bug occurs when you have spawned with an enemy weapon, and you are sprinting, and then you quickly stop sprinting and right-click to use your iron sights.
The weapon will come up awkwardly and settle at varying degrees after sprinting, of which none of them are centered iron sights. This makes it practically impossible to stop running and engage correctly.
