I played one level till crash I can't get in game i unistalled and delete the ball folder from documents reboot isntalled i play till 2 level crash again i can't get in I went to looked your fourm The Ball issue troubleshooting I had changed ture or false on full screen and D3D10 didnt fix help
other game seem fine never crash

Hi, sorry for the late response. Your error is similar to what a few other people have, and we are still trying to figure out why this happens to you guys, what makes your computers different from the majority. We have not found a connection yet so far, it happens on both XP and Windows 7, AMD and Intel, etc...

We will continue to try and find a solution to the problem.

What do you mean, does it work now?

Majority is +99% of the people as far as we know, if we look at the number of people that reported this specific type of crash vs how many copies we've sold, and then multiply that amount a couple of times to account for all the people who have the issue but don't report it then it is still not even 1%. We have a patch candidate ready now, we are going to try that out on a few test subjects.

I played at teotl and hueca 5 or 10 minutes to crash depend I tired to change

i treid change some follow other site Open UTEngine.ini in notepad. And look for the section "[SystemSettings]" - it is pretty far down.
By default the game uses high quality settings. To gain perfomance, set following settings like this:

DynamicShadows=False
AmbientOcclusion=False (major impact - try to turn this off first)
LensFlares=False
FogVolumes=False
DetailMode=0
AllowD3D10=Ture

Changing these will get you the most perfomance. All other settings will only have a minor impact. Alternatively you can also set DynamicLights=False. This will give you another few FPS more, but note that there is a small dark section near the end of the level that relies on a flashlight.

Hi. We have been looking into the crashes the last months and we have been able to fix it for most people. It is not one common problem but several different problems and most of the time (in fact almost all) it has been the users computers or video card drivers. In any case we will look into your specific problem.

i changed video card drivers and back roll old version they still didn't make it menu
