PC Crash when opening map

Summary : Game crash each time opening map in Plover Island Complex area

Description : Each time I want to open the map in Plover Island Complex area, the map open, the game freeze and then stop, sending me back on my desktop. I already tried everything I could find on your support and others websites, reinstall the game but the problem still remains and happens each time. It only happened in the dlc, never in the regular game area.
I don't know if it's related, but there is also times when the game would shut down at random during the regular game, opening the unreal engine bug report , and almost every time I launch the game, after the intros, on main menu, since I entered the dlc area.

1) Launch the game
2) Hit "Continue" after the intros (if the game doesn't crash, opening the unreal engine bug report)
3) Open the map
4) Game freeze for an instant then shut down sending back to the desktop.

Please make sure to send in the crash report, as that will help our engineers investigate what may be happening on your system. We are not tracking any wide spread crashing on launch, and are so far not able to reproduce any of the crashes some users are reporting and are continuing to investigate.

First, thank you for answering me.
If you are talking about a crash report from the E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Maneater\Engine\Programs\CrashReportClient\Content\Paks, either I have none since I only had reports from Unreal Engine crash report or the file "CrashReportClient" is too large even in .zip format.
Those files are the crash reports from Unreal engine.

Those files are the crash reports from Unreal engine.

The image you first posted is the crash reporting tool. There are buttons to submit the crash to us.

É um problema de salvar o arquivo, algumas pessoas o perderam e outros como eu nunca iniciam o jogo após a instalação. Pls conserta logo quero muito jogar, i send the crash report too.

pelo que vi o problema é ao salvar o jogo, algumas pessoas salvaram e perderam o save. Outros como eu nunca conseguiram entrar no jogo após a instalação, apenas no menu. Corrijam logo por favor, quero muito jogar o jogo agora que é grátis!!
