Let us know if deleting system file works, because this looks like a corrupt game error.

Ok, can you try deleting your static mesh and karmadata folders and verifying cache for me please.

Can you post your log after one of your crashes.

I am only left with two possiblities right now. 1) Your RO files keep getting corrupted for some reason or 2) some driver is going nuts with RO.

Same error here

Same error here

I have also attached a log file for your reference. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have done everything that was discussed in the support section including reinstalling steam and RO.

You may also like to know I have crashes with DOD too and they seem to happen when the video cards (SLI) are rendering smoke details. I have updated all the drivers for video and sound also according to instructions given here. Thanks.

Ok, something to test then is do you mind disabling one card to see if your RO and DoD problems go away?

Thanks for the reply, sure I'm willing to try anything. I will set it to single card and run RO again tonight.

I changed to single GPU and was able to play RO for about an hour, much better but it crashed nevertheless.

Do you need to see the RO log again? And what was the conclusion from the previous log I posted? I'm not too computer savvy and I cannot understand a thing from the log file. Please let me know, thanks.

I'm thinking about upgrading to Vista again. I went back to XP due to graphic driver issues since I'm having the same problem here with XP I will give Vista one more try.

whenever i see general protection faults that occour somewhat randomly i suspect ram. If your computer randomly restarts then you should definately look at the ram. If you have multiple sticks then pull all but one and see if your system is stable by doing something that would normally cause it to error. then rinse and repeat with the other sticks. I have seem bad ram do this and i have also seen ram that just decides to not be compatible with ram for no good reason.
hope this helps.
