Correct version post-patch?

If you let the game create a new ROEngine, the version shows 1.0.0.2. Before the patch, it was 1.0.0.6. Is this right? Is this why I only see some servers through Steam and not in the in-game browser? Different versions?

EDIT: I read elsewhere the version should be 1.0.0.7. Making that change brings the servers back.
