[Question] core 2 quad and 6850

I'm running a core 2 quad q8300 2.5ghz, XFX Radeon 6850 and 4gb DDR2 ram system. Red orchestra 2 runs pretty terribly for me - at 1920x1080 i can only run on medium with about 20-30 fps. I know my cpu is slightly below reccomended system requirements, but my gpu is well above, and even when i see my cpu usage in task manager is only goes up to about 80% peak and 60% average when playing RO2. I have bought the game so no dodgy piracy or anything.

Also got tot the file ROEngine.ini and search for ( ctrl+F in text editor ) :

bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport=

There is 2 entries like this, one in the [Engine.Engine] and other in the [ROGame.ROGameEngine] sections.

I believe both should be set to =True for ATI users, for some reasons no matter if i disable it in game UI video settings, i need to disable it in the ini file, despites having this option OFF in the game interface. Should be bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport=True

Last thing in game console ( F3 ) try this command and see if it improve a bit the fps :
Umbra Culling
enter this command to enable / disable it.

thanks for the answer, i tried it out, and it improved my fps a bit but i can still only do with medium :/
not to worry anyway, im going to upgrade my system soon to the new bulldozer cpu's coming out from AMD, and since this games very cpu limited itll probably improve my fps a hell of a lot then
