Connection Error - please help

Hello guys.
My friend was playing RO for a really long time without any problems until this weekend. He just can't normally play: he connects to any server, plays there for some (small) amount of time and then is being kicked with this Connection Error message.
He tried:
- Logging out and in
- Deleting clientregistry.blob
- Deleting steam.dll and copying it to the system folder
- Running SDK from the Steam
- Deleting SDK
- Deleting, verifying and defragmenting the cache
- Cleaned registry (he also tried to um.. step backward? with it)
- Deleting whole RO, 2 times, he installed it 2nd time to other drive. He tried to install it from disc and also from Steam itself

Problem is NOT solved. He says he doesn't have any packetloss, and that his internet connection has no problems.
Also, he can run in practice mode without getting to look at this Connection Error.
Guys, any suggestions? He is desperate, as well as am I - he's one of our clan's backbone players..

Did he try to reinstall his firewall (or readding ro/steam to exceptions) try to contact his isp. Update the SDK?

Howmany times does he see connection failed? 1nce or twice?

Can he connect to the master server or not, and get the server list.

Plz give all the info you can get.

He didn't had firewall. he saw connection info once. He could connect to master server.

Also, yesterday the problem was solved. He didn't do anything.. Strange, isn't it??..
