Ring up their sales hotline and see if they're legit. They seem to be verified by Visa and so on, but that could be bull****.

Even the few 'good' reviews sound fake...ordered complete system, arrived next day??? If the rest of the reviews were all good, I could maybe see that, but the rest of the reviews are the lowest possible!

Got to love the reviews:D

" It was mine and my husbands 5th anniversary last week and he enjoys his games so i decided to buy him this, now i wish i hadn't because i dont see him much. when i can get a word in edgeways and ask him how it is he always says how thankful he is and how it works wonders. Although i dont see my husband much now because of the computer i am glad i bought it with computer supermarket because i priced up the same computer at several other places and it would have cost me a whole heap more."

2000 dollars? That would cost 1500 euros max. Don't know about the monitor though, it could cost honey.

1 Euro = 1.46 US dollars

1500 * 1.46 = $2190

Add in a monitor, plus all the other bits like motherboard and whatnot that I didn't mention and it's a good deal. Plus it's a few months old now so the prices on some of those things have come down a bit. Either way the equivilant computer from a manufacturer like Dell or Gateway would run close to or over $3000.

However, the parts you get from Dell probably aren't made by a Taiwanese slave wor- oh wait, nevermind.

I could build that system here in the Silicon Valley for ~$1150. If I payed for all the parts. A lot of folks dumpster dive the tech companies and there are free hard drives and junk everywhere. My cousins entire PC is pretty much built out of technotrash. :D

Out of curiosity, are you just walking up to the manufacturer and picking this stuff up or something? Because that seems stupidly cheap compared to even discount retail prices.

Oh and CA might have some lax drug laws but I like the quote from Kiss Kiss Bang Bang: "I swear it's like someone took America by the East Coast and shook it, and all the normal girls managed to hang on." :p
