Community weapons pack doesn't work

I'm having the exact same issue. I run steam on a MacBook Pro and decided to see if I could figure out the issue.
So I logged in to my account on my friend's HP and discovered I could use my weapons pack dlc on his computer however could not use it on my mac.

I'm not sure if this helps anyone in figuring out what the problem is.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that this will be the last DLC I will ever buy to killing floor (I have all them... until now).

Even if they solve this situation, this is really bad. No answer at all, It's not like we are playing a free community game. Support run more as a indie ( a bad indie game support ) than commercial product. If you don't want give support, let the game die, simply don't sell unsupported products and adds.

One last comment, some windows fellow are suffering the same issue, so this is not mac only.

Sorry - pinging this one over to QA to chase down... see if we can do anything or if it is wierdness at the Steam end...

There was a flag that was not being set for OSX users that was fixed over the weekend.

If OSX users still have this problem they need to contact Steam Support. A general "fix all" that might clear it is for users to delete their clientregistry.blob file under the Steam directory and relaunch steam. This often forces Steam to fix issues that it did not catch during the normal start up process.

Still doesn't work. Steam support has already been contacted via a ticket and it's been 3 days since they responded to it. Deleted my clientregistry.blob which didn't solve the problem either.

Sent ticket to SteamSupport this friday I think, no response. And no, weapons aren't available yet. :(
Tried even installing in another computer and guess what? Didn't work either. So it's definitely NOT related to our systems, but with Steam.

Edit: Yes, the other computer was a Mac. iMac with Lion, latest release.

This is confirmed fixed for me now, but only in-game. When I first open Killing Floor it still says I haven't purchased the weapons DLC. However, in-game I can now buy them from the trader. I'd like to see the ad fixed as well, but for now I'm just glad to finally be shooting off flares.

I contacted steam support the day the DLC came out and they gave me the same instructions as posted earlier on in this thread.

I got yet another response saying that I need to contact Tripwire support and NOT steam support.

What the hell is going on! I'm being put into a loop of support tickets and they just tell me to go back to the other person!

I spent the money for this DLC and was iffy about it at first anyway, and now at this point it's just ridiculous. Steam support telling me to go to Tripwire, Tripwire telling me to go to Steam support.

ANYONE have ANYTHING on this?!

So you're on a Mac and you're saying that the DLC is working for you? Still not working for me. Still no reply from steam support

Yes and yes. I opened a steam support ticket on Wednesday. I got the canned "delete everything in your steam folder" response on Thursday. I responded that that didn't work and on Friday got a response that the issue should be fixed. At that point in time, the weapons DLC showed up in my DLC tab for Killing Floor but didn't work in game. It just started working in-game for me today. It sounds like from Yoshiro's post above that TWI had to fix something for all Mac users this weekend

I believe Valve has to fix something on their end for each user who purchased the DLC (stupid, I know). Also, I included my purchase confirmation number in my steam support ticket. I don't know if that helped them resolve it faster or not but its worth a try if you didn't.

Edit: Also, I'm running 10.6.8 so I can't speak for Lion users.
