Didn't see a thread about this game in here so i thought i'd start one. Me and Psycho Sam play pretty regularly and although not super realistic its great fun

I want it, but I don't play it nor am I good enough at it (the micro) to justify paying full game price for it. I mean ugh, I hear the new armies require more micro (though the more defensive Brits sound exciting to me) and I'm bad enough at the first one. I really do enjoy the game though.
The idea of a standalone expac seemed neat...but only to people who don't own the original.

p.s. richie the two combine if you own the original so you can play as US and brits vs the two german armies etc

Hmm, yeah, i like the game, but i don't think i wanna pay that kind of money for an expansion. Mebbe in a few months when it goes down to 19.99(i wish).

Oh I know, I went through this with the Dawn of War series...it's just...I don't wanna pay 40-50 bucks for an expansion pack (though...two new campaigns? Sounds neat) of a game I don't play frequently and am bad at

Jay likes to sit in his base and arty rape them like a yellow belly while I have to protect his shiz and attack the enemy capping points so he can build preists. only when i play brits, if i play US then the role reverses coz i swarm them with airborne lol...highly tactical player that i am

lawl. I could say adding hacks into Red Orchestra would make the game more enjoyable for me as I wont die nearly as much.
easy now... i found age of empires 3 far too restrictive as far as zoom went but i've never had any trouble with COH, it's more a skirmish RTS than a full blown campaign or battle RTS
The closed beta was even worse.
These days the game is spam artillery, spam Rangers, spam Airborne, spam Commandos and continiously drop gliders and other bull**** into someone's base. It tends to be boring.
