lol spotless clean...lol , jk
I guess we will have to see when the closed beta comes out.
Does anyone else like the fact that players can't get out of the tank after they get it?
Anyway, I'm hoping all of this means tanks won't explode by default like in RO1. More like Men of War with tanks being knocked out and the crew dying, but the tank not exploding 100% of the time.

What will happen to the bodies? Will we see dead crew members when they get hit and have to push them out of the way? Blood all over the interior? Or will they just magically disappear and leave the tank spotless clean?

Sorry, I wasn't completely clear. I mean if you want to be in the same tank as your friend (not the same type of tank, I know there's only one type of tank for each side on release), how can we choose to be in the tank with our friend, rather than in a tank all of our own? Will each individual tank have a "squad" that you can join so you may co op in a tank with your friend or will you be forced to have your own tank with only AI? (I'm guessing we'll be able to choose who we're in a tank with, I can't imagine being forced to have your own tank with only AI.)Actually no, because there's 1 tank for each side. After the DLC there will be 2 tanks and 1 transport vehicle for each team, but it's still unknown how the future vehicle-spawn will work.![]()
Or when the tank gets stuck somewhere, but hey you can't get out! DERPPP

I am sure TW will come to their senses and patch in a bailout function eventually.Homuth said:Yeah lots of fun burning alive, right? Or when the tank gets stuck somewhere, but hey you can't get out!
You can't get out of tanks in general, even on combined arms maps. So in that sense, it's sort of a tank only "game mode." You do have the option of team tanking, which would bring the total numbers of tanks down from 64, while retaining 64 players.
32 tanks vs 32 tanks.
This will be the first tanking game that has streetlights to control traffic

How about the ping pong matches or overpowered ptrds in RO1? Have these things been revamped in RO2?basically tank combat has been revamped and will certainly be refreshing change, but no more tank hopping I've heard
Instead of parroting old TW excuses it is more likely that they lacked the technical knowledge to implement bailing out. Tankers fighting as infantry did happen, in Stalingrad ironically, but to deny the chance of survival by bailing out is fundamentally flawed and impacts other things like bailing out to inspect if your tank is properly covered/hidden by foliage/terrain wrinkles or to observe the landscape from an immediate ridge while your tank is hidden on the downslope. The excuses seem to come from infantry only player types who will avoid tanks with a 3 meter pole. Here is the problem with that... You bailout of a burning tank right? now you're a crewmember with a crappy pistol in the middle of enemy territory...you're walking around as an infantry...
That is for the player to waste or not waste.its wasting potential
