Clans for the deaf or HOH?

I am asking about clans for the deaf or hard of hearing(as I am myself). I like Red Orchestra very much but the VOIP is almost incomprehensible to me. I understand,maybe,one word in four. Are there clans that don't rely on VOIP to direct members? Can custom command strings be setup on the keyboard? Any input would be appreciated.

ingame voip is hard to hear often anyway clans use stuff like ventrillo/teamspeak2/mumble can you hear that? those voices are clear.

As Zets said, most clans use those program and are much clearer than ingame.

I also think a few clans out scream over the comms rather than speak...
